. The big one: sleep. I know -- I’m late to the game, but I’m still shocked how much better I feel when I get my 7 hours. Other things I got wrong: how much of a down payment you should put on a home, and my productive am I really.  

. The insights aren’t shocking (e.g. Hillary Clinton still got serious coverage from Fox months after the 2016 election… but for CNN or MSNBC, not so much) but the glorious data display strikes you like an anvil: where you get your news matters.

. How the Disney vs. Netflix throwdown showdown extravaganza plays out could change the movie industry as we know it (

. Majorly-hyped match of the

vs. 10th Planet’s Martinez ends with Nicky Ryan in control and looking for the kimura. Ryan wins by decision and good reminder that technique > strength.
